A&G Insurance Agency was founded by Gloria Garcia, our CEO, with the unwavering support of her husband, Andres. Gloria brings over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry to the agency. Her journey began when she migrated from Michoacán, Mexico, as a toddler and grew up in Austin, TX. Known for her humility and genuine love for helping others, Gloria has always been an entrepreneur at heart.

In 2012, Gloria faced the challenges of being a single mom to four children. Driven by determination and a desire to provide for her family, she entered the insurance industry. It didn’t take long for her to master the field and build strong, trusting relationships with her clients. Gloria also witnessed firsthand how members of her community were often taken advantage of when it came to insurance. Motivated by a deep sense of justice and a commitment to serve, she decided to venture out on her own, leading to the creation of A&G Insurance Agency.
